Heaven and Earth is generally full to capacity the months of June, July, and August. To ensure availability, book your rooms 6 to 9 months in advance

Rates
Heaven & Earth Guest House, Sleep 8 comfortably, $375/night. Includes exclusive use of the full size kitchen, however breakfast is not provided. Special terms apply.
The Rainbow Lodge Suite, 2 adults, $120/night, includes your own kitchenette. Minimum 3 nights stay.
The World History Room, 2 adults, $85/night, includes your own kitchenette. Minimum 3 nights stay.
The Peaceful Hideaway, 2 adults, $85/night, includes your own kitchenette. Minimum 3 nights stay.

Payment Options
To confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of one nights stay is required. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Western Union is due within 24 hours of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. All credit card transactions have an additional 3% administration fee. Checks are accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for overpayment or for early departures. All rates are USD and must be drawn on US banking system. Please note that all international bookings must be paid in full at time of booking by Western Union, and are non-refundable. Please read our cancellation policy.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival are subject to one nights stay (this is your non-refundable deposit). All confirmed reservations that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, or are a “no show”, or leave early for any reason, are subject to the full charges at time of booking. Please note that all international bookings must be paid in full at time of booking by Western Union, and are non-refundable. All rates are USD.
Pets
One thing that people LOVE about Heaven and Earth B&B, is the fact that it is so "quiet" here. We strive very hard to keep it that way. Due to the level of concern for our customers to have the most enjoyable stay, please read the "Pets" and "Children" sections carefully.
Although we do love animals and have a small quiet dog, no guest pets are allowed. This includes pets left overnight in vehicles or outside in pet carriers, leashes, etc. No refunds will be issued for guests who bring their furry children.
Children
Out of courtesy for all of our customers, please no children under 12 years old.
Miscellaneous
No smoking or alcohol allowed on premises.
Owners are on site and would love to give you information on local area attractions/activities when you arrive.
The daily newspaper is available during the summer months.
The house is also equipped with free wireless internet for your personal laptop.
Occupants of the unit agree to be responsible for damages, loss of inventory and any extra cleaning as a result of their stay for the full amount required to return unit to arrival condition. By signing this agreement you agree and thereby authorize any charges for damage, loss of inventory along with extra cleaning charges to be covered using the credit card provided above. If this becomes necessary an explanation of charges will (receipt) will be forwarded to the address listed by the credit card holder.
Check In/Out
Valid Visa or MasterCard is required at check in.
Guests may check in by appointment only. Please call 907-357-8976 to arrange your check in appointment.
Check out time is no later than 11 AM on day of departure.
Breakfast
A very generous self-serve continental breakfast is available in the main kitchen every morning until 10:00am. Items available may include cold cereal, hot cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, milk, etc.
Coffee service is available in the main kitchen all day long.
