From time to time at our B&B we get asked some pretty funny questions. But before I address these questions and answer them, I think it everyone should know, that other than the spectacular place that we live in, Alaska is another typical American community of people. We like the same things that most of you like. But because Alaska is so far removed from the 'Lower 48", we tend to get categorized as "Another Country". As a result, people can get pretty confused as to what really goes on here. So I feel it is my solemn duty to set the record straight on a few things. I have done my very best to answer the funniest questions that we have been asked. I would like to say, that all phonetic spelling is my way of spicing things up just a little, in an effort to entertain you while you browse our site. Hope you enjoy.

Do you have bears in Alaska? no. u musta been wachin reruns of gentle been.
What do Bears eat? wull mostlee they eat toorist but on ocazun they eat a local or 2. onlee humens r dum enough 2 eat samon or berees.
Do you get television in Alaska? yup we git 1 chanel and its a bit statiky. rabit ears arnt wurkin reel gud.
What TV shows do Alaskans like? the red green sho. nuff sed end of conversashun. you mean ther is somthin else?

When can you see the Northern Lights? Wen ther owt.
How many seasons do you have in Alaska? we got 4. winter, winter, winter, and hurry and git it dun!! winters comin!
